The Second Chance Program (SCP)
“When new horizons take root in Hope and Courage, Futures Transform.”
Fruit of many years of work in youth centers, the Second Chance Program has been developed in Partnership with the Department of Justice and Department of Social Welfare and Development.
The Second Chance Program is a community-based program that has been operating since 2002. It focuses on restoring and equipping youth referred to as Children in Conflict with the Law (CICL), and at- risk youth, known as Children-at-risk (CAR) to successfully reintegrate society and be ready for the professional world.
