Since 1997, ACAY Missions Philippines Inc., is a non-stock and non-profit organization that offers a second chance to youth at risk aged 16 to 23 years old through innovative pedagogical approaches. These are designed to restore the dignity of each youth and help them find meaning for their lives.
- The School of Life Program is a residential home that recreates family like atmosphere for girls aged 16 to 21 years old who are survivors of abuse, neglect, abandonment. Some girls are also former street-children or from detention centers.
- The Second Chance Program is a community-based program that caters to young offenders or Children in conflict with the Law (CICL) aged 17 to 23 years old who have committed an offense under the Philippine Law.
- The Family Program associates the parents and the youth to achieve their integration and in the restoration process through the provision of training and coaching.
Job Purpose
Ensure efficient and effective case management for beneficiaries under the School of Life Program and lead interventions under the subprograms.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Social Work
Eligibility: Registered Social Work
Experience: At least one year experience in Case management is required
With intermediate skills in Excel and other Microsoft office
Proficient in English language both written & spoken
