The ACAY Marcel Van Second Chance program Graduation for (GOAL) or Graduated Opportunities in Advancement and Leadership Training and Formation was held in NTSB last August 8, 2014.

More than thirty (30) boys have finished the Module I and Module II of the Formation. Forty (40) new boys are admitted to undergo the new batch of beneficiairies for Module I of GOAL formation
